Mostly All There
Getting it off the pallet was a challenge. I tried using the plywood from the top along with the cardboard, but the plywood broke. Thankfully my small tractor’s front end loader could pick it up (not that the manual told me where the lift points were). There was no remote! I triple checked. So no 5 star review when it is missing parts.

Great Generator so far
I bought this generator and it got delivered a few days ago. So far, I have only used it for testing to make sure it can hold the loads I need, remote start, etc.
Everything is working well so far running off gas. I intend to hook this up to Nat Gas eventually with some Auto-Transfer switches.

Very easy to operate and quiet!
I purchased this generator about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! I have a food trailer that I’m able to run all my appliances with and this generator never skips a beat. Definitely well worth the money! When we pull up to an event with this generator we have a crowd gather round inquiring about it cause they’ve never seen one this big! Highly recommend it to anyone that has a need for one!

Perfect whole house generator
Runs the entire house, excluding hvac, 2-1/2 ton Lenox, 2 refrigerators, freezer and everything else in the house. Outstanding product, find a spot as it’s extremely heavy but moves easily on concrete.
